Once again, i would like to say CITIBANK SUCKS!!! WTF, everyday OT, n best is without pay. SUCKS! this yr spend my birthday in the office doing OT. Sigh~, somehow not looking forward in celebrating my bday this yr. Perhaps i'm growing older n nt seeing any specialty in this special day? hmmm, celebrated my bdae with my colleagues during lunch. OMG, got a heavy lunch again. the cake was so damn thick n big. cannot finish but still got to finish if nt my wish will nt comes true - that's wat they say. haha, well perhaps it's really birthday luck. my sales was nt bad this week.
Hmm, the boss really mad. asking pple to jump down the building, asking the team leaders to pack bag when sales are down. WTF!!! threaten to fire us all when sales become worst! Oh well~ yes CITIBANK is rich can do watever f*ck. But then has he thought of turnover rates n loss to be expected if he got to turnover the whole team. mind him if he gonna do this, who ever newbies come in will nt cope the stress he is pressurising with n quit n turnover will be more, n thus more expense, n profits drop!!! perhaps he just need to go for some re training. well~ i dare him to fire us all ... shoot us if u dare? =p
SUCKS~ looks like every saturday got to go back to do OT without pay again. sigH~ well but met WQ at BK @ mellenia this morning!!! so happy to see her. missing NRA so much. she told me next week there's camp. but sigh~ got to go back OT again. sianz~

Sigh~ didn't manage to go desaru to surf this week, due to flat wave. So sad, didn't manage to try it. Nvm, shall cont'd to wait for the chance.
Anyway, i shall declare that
CITIBANK SUCKS!!! They are getting bad to worst. Torturing their employees, making us or rather forcing us to do OT. Hey, i dun mind doing OT if my sales are bad without reasons. But the fact is nt becas we are not trying hard enuff!!! It's u pple who refuse to give us more leads to com thru' U guys just dun trust us!!! saying that we choose n select the leads. potential ones we pay more attention to, n those who we think bring in lesser sales, we ignore. WTF, i
DARE u to check on my leads! It's coming to the end of the year, customers getting their bonus, wat for they need to loan from bank??? pple are going on holidays, n it is in deed more difficult to get them, n u guys dun trust us, dun believe us say we nt trying hard enuff to get the customers. Oh come on' it is the busiest period k. preparing year end report n so on, do u think the customer has time to entertain u?
Sigh~ sales are bad, u guys increase the sales target, then now come with the balcon fee. WTF! stop looking just at the surface of the problems! n pointing figures at us, saying we are lazy, we are at fault! u guys are nt perfect either!

Arghh~ speding so much this mth. One week just past, i've paid abt 700 dollars. 400 bucks gave mama n papa, then spent 89 bucks on new track shoe, 85 bucks for mp3 player, ard 50 bucks for cab fare, then my daily food n expenses... omg ~
tmr going U2 to shop again with my annually 50% discount voucher for my bdae. hmmm $$ again. then i gonna get myself another set of bikini, one set of swimming custome, and then a bag, heels, sports bra... etc. there's so many things to buy. sigh~
OMG!!! i can't wait for next sat to come!!! i'm going desaru to surf!!! cool huh. And the best of it, we are gonna drive up ourselves n rent a tent to sleep in. I can't wait to go now. I wanna play... argh~ i miss diving. Diving is so fun!!! wonder how's surfing will go. (i'm wondering off)
Sigh~ this week is bad. OT for 4 days!!! The leads they are giving us now are so difficult to convert. Customer is always unavailable, or wondering are they still contactable anot. It's like so irritating n fustrating trying hrs to get some customers yet u can't get them. It's like wasting ur time trying to get someone who is MIA. This time wld be more wisely used, if they allow us to get more leads for us to hunt for those potential yet available customer. N now with this sickening rule, saying that without 30sales call cannot go home. WTF, distribute us little leads, yet u noe that these customer are so difficult to find, how u expect us to make sales call when we didn't even manage to tok them. DUH! use ur brain!!!

Hi well... just came back from chalet .. yupz the chalet which we had fight for it by taking up challenge with our boss, n we manage to hit the target which was set by her.
Arghghh~ deadfully tired, gonna take a nap soon before meeting kath to go gym. Hmmm, nothing much to blog too, just that i had fun chatting, eating, blah blah with my collegeaues. Well~ one thing i just found out ... sigh~ though the guy may look as if he really love / like the gal, but she may nt be the one!?!
Why is that so? it really doubts me, i thought it was so simple, when u love him n he loves u, n woah la together!!! but saddly this is offen nt the case. I ask him if he love his gf, he say no, just like. Then ask why is he still with her when he does nt love her. His ans, becas she treats me well, n he don't think she will let go. U noe it's so unfair for that gal. GUYS!!! just being too selfish or were they just being sympathy? sigh~
Hey, after this chat with him, somehow, it takes me harder to get involve in another r/s. how am i able to trust the next guy who is coming the way? there's so many life example ard me, the gal love the guy so much, end up the guy just merely likes the gal n being with her just becas she treats him well.
Hmmm... i just wonder are all guys the same????
