Sigh~ another day of torture at work. Today, my leader was trying to solve a dispute a customer, he just refused to accept the explanations from n start scolding her stupid n dumb!!!! He was like so rude! then the conversation went on n on, n customer start raising his voice saying," are u stupid? let me ask u a question, are ur mother n father being taught how to f*ck to have u"??? WTH, my leader was so angry n she said," sorry sir, i dun think we can carry on with this conversation anymore, for i dun think i can help u with it, i am fine that u insulted me n giving me names, but u had come to an extent of scolding my parents. This is a personal attack n not the problem itself" The customer then drift off to other topics... duh Wtf ...
